Core responsibility of DSI
To serve as the global professionalization body for Technical Support Specialists delivering against SMB1001. The Authorized Partner Programme is how that happens at the organizational level.

Every member of staff, contractor, and authorized representative operates under it. And we are precise with words.
- Authorized is the organizational membership.
- Accredited is reserved for individuals who earn the DSI Accredited Practitioner credential through formal assessment.
- When your people carry that title, it will mean something, because it was never for sale.
When recognition becomes the requirement.
From 1 January 2027, any organization managing SMB1001 services for four or more clients must hold a current Commercial Use Licence, enforced by DSCs as a platform condition.

Pricing
Five tiers based on organization size. Pay annually for maximum value, or monthly for flexibility.
All prices in USD and exclusive of applicable local taxes. Tier is set by the organization size you declare at application and confirm at each renewal. Membership renews annually and is governed by the DSI Mission Membership Member Terms.

It is also your access to the registrar. From 1 January 2027, all registrar communication runs through the Agent, in real time. By then, Authorized Partners will already be home there.

Everything on this page is included in DSI Mission Membership at no additional cost. Mission Supporters carry the delivery credential and something more: their name among those funding the mission to make SMB1001 free for every small business on the planet. Organizations joining, or upgrading, on or before 31 December 2026 hold Founding Mission Supporter status permanently.

SMB1001 Unlocked - Free for All will carry the name of one organization: the Founding Legacy Champion that makes the standard free for the world. The position is exclusive, it is open, and it will only ever be held by one organization at a time. If yours has the scale and the conviction, the prospectus explains the rest.
